Siebel requires a field to upsert an integration object with a non-existent row_id as user key

Hi,

I encountered the following error when upserting a record using the EAI Siebel Adapter.

SBL-EAI-04389: Required field is missing in instance of Integration Component 'CUT Asset Mgmt - Service Meter - ATA Stacking' with the user key '[Id] = "1-2EI3JM3"':  'Service Point Id' is a required field.  Please enter a value for the field.(SBL-DAT-00498)

However, the user key '[Id] = "1-2EI3JM3" is not included in the original message below.
