SIP Monitoring not displaying data on R7.4 3900's, Why?

I have them configured just like my R7.3 3820's with Filters assigned to the Internal and External interfaces. Traffic is coming through SBC's but not SIP Monitoring data. I don't see additional areas that need to be addressed in R7.4 for this to work.
