Changing Atttribute Dimension Association

Hello

In a Hyperion Planning application we set up a number of attribute dimension and associated them with a dimension (Projects)  Now we want to associate these attribute dimensions with a different dimension (Activity)  I can change the association in EPMA but when I deploy the application the change is not made in the EAS outline.  The deploy runs and there are no error message but when I look at EAS the attribute dimension are still associated with Projects.  Is there some other setting I need to change to fix the deployment to EAS?

We are running EPM V11.1.2.4 and ESSBASE 11.1.2.4
