Automatic Job Step Progression

I have set up Job Step progression using the Automatic method.  It appears to be splitting the timecards accurately, applying the correct pay rates and updates the Job Progression History, F060116 and F08042 correctly.  Where I have a concern, is that it doesn't appear to be updating the F060118/F060119 - Employee Jobs / Employee Jobs History when it updates the JBST in the F060116 during final update.  Wondering if I have missed a step?  Input is greatly appreciated.
