Check signature path

I am looking to find the path where the template reads the check signature from. But it does not show. The options in Word 2013 do not match previous versions and I cannot get to the alternate text field in the web tab in format picture where we usually see that check signature path in older versions.

How to get to this path now in Windows 13 and later?
