401k+125+HSA+California = 125 not pretaxed after taking JM22075. Is anyone else experiencing this?

We were behind with Vertex and didn't experience this back with the May Monthly Update.  Now we are caught up and also on the 4.2.7 Vertex release.  We have taken ESU JM22075 and this resolved the 125 pretax issue but not for employees in California who also have 401k and HSA.  Is anyone else on 9.1 experiencing this?
