ASR services does not start after install on OEL

Hi community.

I wan to share an issue with ASR Manager.

I have installed the version 18.3 on a x86 server, Linux 6.10 version using Java 1.7.0.141.

After install, it is not function properly, does not start, I tried install lower version such 5.8, 5.7 with the same issue.

The architecture from the server is i386.

Below are the  outputs from install processes:

rpm -i asrmanager-18.3.0-20180713090238.rpm

Warning: ASR Manager should be run as asrmgr for better security.
