Full Package build error

Hello All,

Doing upgrade from 8.11 to 9.2. After upgraded 9.2 DV submitted full package. Package build client and server are seems look good. There is no error on report but in client package build log getting below error.

Sat Aug 25 00:45:21  -  spkgrdbutil.c:227 PKGRDB0016 ERROR: Failed to export local oracle database(tablespace) SPEC__DV920FC.

Sat Aug 25 00:45:21  -  PkgMisc.cpp:1200 PKGMSC0039 ERROR: Failed to export spec repository.

I have checked almost all possible way to troubleshoot but no luck also followed the oracle document as well

Kindly advised your thoughts on the same.
