WO Reprocessing

Hi,

One of our client is having a scenario for which I am looking for a work around. Below is the scenario.

BOM is having a Batch size of 45000 Liter. WO Completed & Variance report done in final mode for 45000 Liter. Now after few days, Quality Department has rejected the 5000 liters from the completed Quantity. (From the Same Lot created through the Work Order)

Now the rejected Qty of 5000 has to be re process to make the product usable. In this Re-porcessing, client don't want to issue any material, but will consume the Labor & Machine involved in the re processing. For this consumption of Labor & Machine, client wants to have an Accounting. Can anyone suggest work around so that we can handle this scenario.
