Media - OVR Boilerplate's component (JDE_Boilerplates) for version 11.1.1.5.0

Dear All,

E_Details are as follows :

TR - 9.1.3.1

AR - 9.0

DB-DB2

BI Version - 11.1.1.5.0

OS - Windows 2008 R2 (64 bit)

We had OVR installed but the server  got crashed because of hardware failure and a a result we have to rebuild the OVR again.

I had open the SR for media and they have provided but i'm not finding the JDE_Boilerplates.zip .

Please help me out on this that what should be the way for the request in SR for " JDE_Boilerplates.zip " so that i can get.
