"RpasBTreeException: ArrayKeyCompression" in workbook wizard

Hi experts,

Some users get error below when they build workbook. For a single user, it is not reproduced every time.

Questions:

1) As per the error message, it happens in a temporary array, when user exits from client, the folder is removed; so how could we fix it?

2) in this case shown in picture, the measure iwdefaultrosbo is HBI, is the rtk_063166i0095.db/iwdefaultrosbo.ary copied from global domain data folder?

[/rpas/sbx/apac/domains/liaanz/LIA]$ ls /rpas/sbx/apac/domains/liaanz/LIA/data/iwdefaultrosbo.db

iwdefaultrosbo%1.ary  iwdefaultrosbosfx.ary  iwdefaultrosbosvbt.ary

May I run reshapeArrays utility on global domain array to fix?
