RPAS 16.0.2.X or 16.0.3.X

Hi,

We are planning to upgrade our RPAS16.0.2.0 soon, but looks like there are 2 options, 16.0.2.44 and 16.0.3.21, both were released recently.

But if you look at the Defect/BUG fix in the release notes, they are totally different in 16.0.2.X and 16.0.3.X

My questions is which one is the right one if our current version is 16.0.2.0
