Help to find the cause of performance issues related to fnd_global.bless_next_init (latch free waits

We are running E-Business 12.2.5 on Solaris SPARC 10 (64-bit) with an 11.2.0.4 database. The database and primary application node share the same zone. There are 3 additional servers running web services. Today it appears the fnd_global.bless_next_init has been causing a large number of latch free waits and I cannot figure out why. If you could provide any assistance it will be greatly appreciated. I will provide any additional details or diagnostics that may help you. Just let me know.
