Does anyone have best practices for mass additions in EBS Fixed Assets? in version 12.2.4

Good afternoon;

We have had some challenges with different processes of how mass additions within assets is being processed. Is there a white paper that anyone is aware of that outlines when an addition is associated with a PO, or when assets should be combined? Seems very time consuming, and manual with the potential of user errors.

Appreciate any insight, or feedback.
