VO extension issue

I used Jdeveloper to extend one VO (oracle.apps.pos.changeorder.server.PosViewShipmentsVO )  to add 2 more columns, but after View Object extension and substitution, the error message displayed in wrong rows.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into iSupplier Portal

2. Go to Orders tab.

3. Click on "Multiple PO Changes" button

4. In the search results, change one PO promised date with an incorrect date (like yesterday which will definitely cause error message ), submit

5, now error message displays not only in the row we change but all the rows which displays on the page.
