Automatic emails for PO Requistions

HI,

For few employess I would have to set up email id in the address book, so that they would get emails as soon there is any PO requisitions waiting for their approval.

The only way to achieve is this is have their email id added to Who's who -> Email/Internet screen correct? Please correct me if I am wrong.

If so , I am trying to add with Electronic address type W (Internal Address) and as soon as I select this option, email address field becomes greyed out and message indicator sets to 1. When I try to add Email Address Option in the electronic Address type , I can enter the email id.
