Creation of new UOM (Unit of measure) in EBS 11i ?

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement from our business that they want to create a new UOM in their system.

For example: Truck

We have below questions:

1. Is it possible to create a new UOM now without impacting any other process or setups ?

2. How feasible this approach will be ?

3. What are all information we will require to get this done ?

Please help, we need it as soon as possible.
