Kick off multiple Payment Process Request Programs at the same time

Hello We have the PPR run for ACH/Wire/Check/Zero Check and Child Support ACH. I wanted to know the impacts of running PPR program for all the 5 payment methods at the same time. Would Build/Format/Comfirm steps be an issue running at the  same time for these payment methods? Basically we want to schedule PPR for all of these using its own template to run at same time.
