Requirement Group is not coming up in the look up

Hi, we have added new effective dated row to existing requirement group as below  but it is not coming up in the requirement group prompt table. Only it comes the previous row that was added earlier with effective date 01/01/1901. Any idea on this?

Newly Added Row with EffDate: 06/01/2018  and which does come up in the requirement group prompt table.

Here is the requirment group prompt table comes with old dated row:
