Grid Import Limit

Dear All,

We just upgraded to 9.2 (TR 9.2.2.4) and we are having this issue where a user is complaining that he cannot paste more than 1000 rows in the grid. I have checked the jas.ini and my grid import limit is set to 2500. I have even checked the WebLogic server setting for MaxRequestparameterCount is set to 500000. But still the user cannot import more than 1000 rows.

What else I could check to fix this? Is there anything else which controls this apart from those 2 settings above?
