ORA-02072: Distributed Database Network Protocol Mismatch

After aplied Database Bundle Patch : 12.1.0.2.180417 receiving Error ORA-02072: Distributed Database Network Protocol Mismatch with dblink of database 11.2.0.4.  but

After applying the PSU, the OR_PTRASLADOSAFI.SP_SALDOS_SAFI_DIARIOS package was run, which executes the package pkg_execute.pp_context through the dblink SAFI.world, in the same way it happened on Sunday, however on Monday the dblink already gave error:

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-02072: distributed database network protocol mismatch

database Source: 12.1.0.2.180417

database Destination: 11.2.0.4.10
