User has errors when attempting to edit or add customers

I have a single user that is unable to add or edit customers. This is one of her prime responsibilities.

When editing or adding the record she receives the messages as attached.

I can replicate this in my test system using this individuals account.

Other users have sat at her PC and logged in to oracle to update the same customers with our error.

Additionally she has sat at other user's PC and had the same error.

I was able to create a new "temp" account that allows her to enter and edit customers with out errors.

As an additional note, her profile loads directly to Inventory due to her start page settings.
