Record not show after added the new column in P4211

Dear all the experts,

Good day!

I added new column (SDVR02) in the P554211,

When do the preview HTML, the data is save in local host and can be preview. However, after deployed in webpage, the newly added columns show nothing.

Appreciate much if anyone can advise on this. Thanks in advance.
