Certain accounts are marked as readonly in smartview

Hi

I created a smartview grid to input actual data into FCCS. Except for one account all other accounts are marked as readonly.

As you can see in below image. For Account AC_100100 all data cells are not readonly. However for AC_1010100 all the data cells are readonly.

It is the exact same combination for two accounts.

Below pic shows no differences Properties of the account members.
