Ship Confirm Application issue with 900+ lines

Hi All,

I have 962 lines on a ST sales order which needs to be ship confirmed,it's a serialized item 

When we are trying to perform ship confirmation system is behaving very strange

It is not inserting lines in F42199 and F4111 but in item location-F41021 it's reducing on hand and committed quantity

This is very strange and for the same order if i am performing ship confirmation for one line there is no issue

Could you please let me know is it due to huge number of lines trying to complete ship confirmation that's what is causing this issue
