Hi,

what is the purpose & importance of roles?

How does they impact the contracts?

How does the relevant information/details of the parties come up while creating a contract?

Can anyone please explain how the role sources work in Oracle Service Contracts?

How can we determine different role sources for different roles? (Both Party and Contact)

Can we define additional sources for the roles? (I have read about registering new JTF sources. what are the limitations? For example if I have create a JTF source for Third party contacts to be selected, how can i use them in service contracts form?)
