Idea for OMCS Implementation and Configuration for Analyzers

Two Ideas Promoted Here Regarding OMCS and Analyzers Configuration and Installation:

1. Have exception for OMCS to be able to use collaboration SR to implement Analyzer diagnostics
2. For OMCS installations to be seeded to include the Analyzer bundle as part of the overall installation as an added feature and bonus that can be offered

Idea 1 - Utilizing Collaboration SR for Analyzers
We have a variety of analyzers that are utilized for all our customers including Hosted OMCS/On Demand customers.   These analyzers typically require a plsql package to be installed and thus for OMCS requires an RFC to be created.  This is a more timely process to use RFC for these purposes for a package that does not impact the installation and EBS configuration, this idea is to promote that a collaboration SR can be used for installation of Analyzers.
