Partial retirement issues

Hi,

I have a question, on April we applied a impairment to an asset for 17,135.13 , this month we applied a partial retirement to the same asset but now the accumulated impairment has a negative amount -23,521.86

I am attaching a word document with screenshots

I need to know why the accumulated impairment is showing a negative amount
