FRM-40735 when changing 'Date in Service' in Mass Additions

Hi,

I encounter this error 'FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exeption ORA-01403' when trying to change 'Date in Service' in the Mass Additions.

Can help me how to handle this issue?
