Phase Status icon color always in Amber

In Project Roadmap, for the phase, we would like to change the color of 'status' icon from Amber to Green. We tried changing the upper and lower values for particular Activity Subtype in Administration --> Activity Subtype, but did not find it helpful.

Please let us know where we can change the Status icon color for a particular phase.
