How to release media between two public addresses

Hi!

Could you please tell me how can I configure SBC in such way that it would release the media between two hosts in public network? Both hosts have addresses from different subnets.

I set "mm-in-realm", "mm-in-network" and "mm-in-system" to disabled in public access realm, but still SBC put its address into forwarded SDP connection information.
