Advanced Pricing Adjustment Schedule Header vs Detail (basket adjustment)

We are using an advanced preference to override the adjustment schedule for certain scenarios.  The preference is working as expected, but the pricing behavior is not.  The pricing behavior is still using the adjustment schedule from the SO header.

Example:

Adjustment Schedule A is entered on SO header.  (Adjustment Schedule A contains a basket adjustment that creates a free good).

An SO detail line is entered for Item X, triggering the preference, which changes the adjustment schedule on the line to Adjustment Schedule B (Adjustment Schedule B contains no Free Good Basket Adjustment).

Next, reprice is triggered (for this scenario lets say triggered manually).  The free good is applied.
