Clarification of pool.importance values

Hello,

We want to use dynamic allocation of zone/pool resources on a T5-2 running solaris 11.3.   The system/pools & system/pools/dynamic services are both online, and we have configured a zone with an ncpus value of 1-100.  This zone was assigned a pool.importance value of 10.   I have been reviewing documentation (and man pages) on poolcfg & zone configuration, but can't find anything on what the value of pool.importance means, e.g. will a higher value like 10 give that pool a higher importance than one with the default pool.importance of 1, or does a lower number indicate a higher importance.   The intuitive
