Display Service provider name instead of Service provider ID in bulk plan results screen

We are in OTM 6.4.2 version, our carrier IDs are created through integration from EBS. Those IDs are system generated and not user friendly. In buy shipment results screen, we already have the service provider name as a column to the results screen in screen set. The immediate screen that comes off bulk plan where you click Shipments Built doesn't have carrier name and appears to be out of the box screen.

Is there any way we can populate carrier name in that screen? Also our users believe that the carrier name was available in 6.4.1 but its removed after 6.4.2 from bulk plan results screen.  Or is it possible to assign our custom screen set here?
