Siebel 17 and java requirement for Java Business Service

Is Siebel 17 still a 32 bit application or now it's 64 bit app.

We have Java Business Service need to know whether we need 32 bit jre and 64 bit jre.

Also do we need 32 bit Oracle Client or 64 bit Oracle client for Siebel 17.
