ZFS pool storage migration

I have an existing Solaris 10 server with a ZFS data pool containing the application data on internal disk drives.  The client wants to upgrade the server to Solaris 11.  This data needs to be migrated over to the Solaris 11 system.  Can a ZFS pool be exported on a Solaris 10 system and then imported onto a Solaris 11 system?
