Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Field Service - EBS (MOSC)

Question regarding mobile field service app

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

We are trying to implement mobile field service. I have downloaded the oracle mobile field service app from the app store.

When try to login, the server info I put the server name we have, but it returns and said server not available.

Is there and extra piece in EBS instance that we have to turn it on in order for it to recognize?

Our instance URL is http://ticoappdl01.tic.company.com:8000 and the server name used when I try to login the app is ticoappdl01.tic.company.com

Gurus, please advise. Thank you.
