Steps to Implement Pick By Label

Dear All,

We have a requirement to implement Pick By Label functionality in WMS.

Below is our current process for picking WIP Job:

1. Pick release a WIP job using the seeded component pick release form

2. The pick release creates a move order with pick ids

3. Operators scan each pick using the Manual Pick function in WMS

In this way, there is a chance of missing some of the picks when there are many items to be picked.

To avoid any misses, we wanted to implement Pick By Label functionality where the operator can enter an LPN and all the items under the LPN will be picked and nothing is missed.
