User password change process in Siebel IP17

Hello Team,

What would be the process to change user, like SADMIN, SIEBEL (TBO), GUESTCST(Anon user) in Siebel IP17.

We have used SADMIN credentials in Gateway and Enterprise profile configuration.

SADMIN & GUESTCST credentials used during siebel server profile configuration.

Do we need to re-create these profiles?
