Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to update item after creating with segment1 length as 35 characters though segment1 max size is 40 char.

Creating item using both copy from template/item from application.

is there any validation which is stopping.we are on 12.2.4
