Search capability in Installed Base

1. On the IB search page results header, there are 4 icons to Detach table, Refresh, Reset table settings and table settings. For me Reset Table settings icon is disabled.

How to enable this? I am assuming this will allow me to add more columns to the search results. That way my excel export can also contain those columns.

2. How can I search all instances in IB when Owner = Party A or Internal and Installed at = Party B.

There is no way to get this searched in IB page.
