Security: eDir groups that assign planning roles, user not showing up in security filters in EPM

Security: eDir groups that assign planning roles, user not showing up in security filters in EPM.

When users are assigned the eDir (LDAP) roles that put them in the Hyperion groups to have planning access they are not showing up in the "Security Filters" screen and therefore I can't create a planning filter for them.

If I make them Admin's then it overrides it and they can get into planning. However that is not a good solution obviously.

Has anyone run into this problem?
