No Approver E-Mail is trigerred - 9.2

Hello All,

Approval Setup is done. Order is listed in P43081 stating that order is awaiting for approval, but approver doesn't get any e-mail notiifcation.

In P01012 all the below setup is done..

Employee Y/N in Additional Tab 1 is enabled.

Enter the Electronic Address Type = E, Email Address, and Messaging Indicator =1.

Approver doesn't get any e-mail notification..

Is there any setup we are missing, kindly share your thoughts.
