Full package getting fail

Dear Team,

While doing the full package i am getting the below mentioned error in server side:

"

Fri Aug 31 02:43:40  -  Creating text file for CALLBSFN

Fri Aug 31 02:43:40  -  Created detail file /u01/jdewardsppack/e920/packages/DV920FF/text/CALLBSFN.txt successfully.

Fri Aug 31 02:43:40  -  Transferring business functions for DLL CALLBSFN to server location.

Fri Aug 31 02:43:40  -  spkgutil.c:8509 PKGUTL0113 ERROR: Command cp -fr /u01/jdewardsppack/e920/packages/DV920FF/checkin/source/b0000002.c /u01/jdewardsppack/e920/packages/DV920FF/source/CALLBSFN/b0000002.c failed. Failed to copy the directory.
