Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Transaction summary form opens up from transaction screen when transaction type is entered as credit

Hi,

This is for EBS R12.1.3 and recently migrated OS from AIX 6.1 to SOLARIS 11.

In the AR transaction form when we enter the transaction type as credit memo, automatically transaction summary form opens up.

This is not happening when transaction type is any other value such as Invoice, Debit Memo etc.
