Budget Reservation for Training request & Budget Un-reserved for Cancellation Request

Hi Experts,

Being a Finance Functional Guy, I need some Information on the below mentioned requirement.

1. While Creating Training Request, Does Budget gets reserved upon the approval. If So, then how & where does the Budget gets reserved & how can view that Budget reserved entry.Please advise

2. While Cancellation Training Request takes place,  Does Budget gets Un-reserved upon the approval. If so, can you please explain how & where the Budget gets  Un-reserved & how can view that Un-reserved entry. Please advise
