Auto-Populate Scheduled_Value on non PayApp BP

I hope you can help me.

The scheduled_value Data Element gets auto-populated with the contract Value plus changes, which are related to the Contract, if I use the Scheduled Value on the PayApp-BP related to the contract. Thats a cool feature.

Now I am designing a Forecast BP four our client. They do Forecast by taking the Original Contract Amount, adding changes and some percentage for price deduction. So I auto-populate the Forecast BP through the contract BP. But by doing it that way, I only get the original contract amount. But I would also like to get the current scheduled value for the contract and its line items every time I start a new Forecast. I tried to Include the scheduled value DE in the Detail Form of the Forecast BP, but it did not populate.
