We  have applied PSU JULY 2018 DB and GI patches on the RAC node .  Database Backups were running slow after the PSU patches

Full RMAN backups very slow since PSU 180717 and OJVM PSU 180717 patches and few  SQL jobs running slow

Apply Grid Infrastructure Patch Set Update 12.1.0.2.180717 Patch Number 27967747 applied  and DB patches

Any one   had an issue after applying  JULY 2018 DB and GI patches for   GI  12.1 and DB 12.1  vesion
