Alternate BOM's Reverting to Standard After Sequencing

Hi,

I had created a new job and queried it from the Material Transactions.

Deleted one of the existing components and added a new components and saved it.

Then I changed the job status from unreleased to release then after WIP mass load job finishes,on requering the Job

I found the  new component has changed and the old one is reverted back.

Could anyone please help why is this happening.
