Advance pricing adjustment not working as per UOM conversion

I'm using JDE 9.0, Can someone please suggest me how to get the adjustment applied in sales order as per UOM conversion, Is there any white paper to understand the set up?

Example - I have an item stocked into EA unit of measure and pricing into EA and I have define the adjustment 0.05% discount of net price for EA Unit of measure, But I have also set up UOM conversion 1cs=12 EA and when I try to enter the sales order into CS then the adjustment does not get applied into the sales order, I have set up line level adjustment. In this scenario do I need to set up the same discount factor for CS UOM also? if yes, it would show the same 0.05% discount even for CS
